NSIA, ZCG sign MoU for joint venture infrastructure investments

The Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) and Z Capital Group (ZCG) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and announced a joint venture partnership to establish a fund focused on infrastructure investments in Africa.

The NSIA is the manager of Nigeria’s sovereign wealth fund, and Z Capital Group (ZCG) is a leading private market asset manager.

The strategic collaboration offers the opportunity to leverage the unique economic and financial opportunities that are currently burgeoning on the African continent.
